The standard cottage series model features a large living area, dining area and kitchen combined at the front of the house. A hallway from the kitchen leads to a bathroom and three bedrooms at the rear of the house.

A modification of the standard Floorplan A, this model enlarges the living area of the house by removing one bedroom. A hallway from the larger living area leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms at the rear of the house.

Uses the basic Floorplan A with an extension to the rear of the home. The living area, dining room and kitchen combination remains at the front of the house. A hallway from the living area, leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms, right and left. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with master bath.

Floorplan C with a larger Master Bedroom and Bath

Greatly expands the occupancy of the home. A hallway from the kitchen area leads to a bedroom on the left and a full utility room on the left. Next are doorways to the main bathroom on the left and another bedroom on the right. Further down the hallway the door on the right leads to a third bedroom. The door on the left leads to a Master Bedroom with its own Master Bath.
