SEND CSV IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT
DO NOT USE
IMPORTANT ISSUES WHEN UPLOADING A FILE TO DATA BASE.

1. File must be a CSV file generated by MicroSoft Excel or a TXT file written to match the number of fields in the Data Base Table.
2. Table rows must be one line each.
3. Columns in each row must be separated by a comma (',') whether or not there is Data in the Column. (Example: ',somedata,,other data' This represents a row with four columns (cells). The first and third columns(cells) in the row are empty.)
